Moraira — for an easy, walkable base
Moraira suits guests who want a relaxed town on their doorstep: a marina, a handful of good restaurants, and beaches within walking distance of many villas. It's a strong choice for families and for anyone who prefers not to rely on a car for everyday things.
Benissa Costa — for quiet coves and sea views
The coastal stretch of Benissa, between Moraira and Calpe, is quieter and more spread out, with clear rocky coves and some of our most impressive seafront and sea-view villas — including homes with direct access down to the water. It suits guests who want more privacy and don't mind a short drive for groceries or a restaurant.
Calpe — for beaches, the Peñón and a livelier feel
Calpe brings long sandy beaches, a working fishing port and the dramatic silhouette of the Peñón de Ifach. It has a slightly livelier, more built-up feel than Moraira or Benissa, with plenty of restaurants and shops. Our Coll de Mar apartment sits directly by the sea here, with no private pool but the sea itself right outside.
Our honest recommendation
If you want walkability and an easy town feel, look at Moraira. If you want quiet coves, sea views and more space, look at Benissa. If you want beaches and a bit more buzz, look at Calpe. Many guests are happy in all three — the towns are only minutes apart by car.
