Welcome to Villa Coll de Mar

Villa Coll de Mar sits right on the sea, and that shapes everything about it. There's no private pool here, but you can walk out of the villa and be swimming in the Mediterranean within a minute. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms make it a comfortable size for a family or a small group.

The house is spread over two floors. On the first floor, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom opens directly onto the garden and terraces, with a sea view of its own. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one double with an en suite and one twin, also with sea views and air conditioning.

Inside, the living spaces feel open and bright, helped by the sea being visible from almost everywhere. The kitchen connects to the living area on one side and a shaded outdoor lounge on the other, so meals tend to drift outside without much effort.

The real draw here is the location. From the terraces and garden, the view runs across the Mediterranean towards the cliffs of the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, and several different terraces each catch the view from a slightly different angle.

Steps from the villa, the water is clear enough for decent snorkelling, and the shaded patio is a good spot to retreat to during the hottest part of the day, with the sound of the sea always somewhere close by.
