Yes. We use the same base prices and do not add extra booking fees or markups. In some cases, booking directly with us can even be more favourable than booking through larger platforms that add their own service fees.

All of our villas have a private pool, except for Coll de Mar. This property is located directly on the beach, so the sea is your pool. We also offer a small number of apartments, which have access to a shared pool. Pool type is clearly shown on every property page.

Yes. We own villas in this region ourselves, and every villa on SunnyCoastVillas is personally known to us or comes through friends, acquaintances or trusted local partners. The villas are all located in an area we know very well, because our own family homes are here too.

In almost all of our villas, bed linen and towels are provided. We will confirm the exact details for your chosen villa when you enquire.

Departure is before 10:00. Arrival is in the afternoon from 16:00. This gives our professional cleaning team enough time to prepare the villa properly for the next guests.
