Arcadia
Set on a gated tropical estate of more than 3,000 m² in Moraira, Villa Arcadia is built for big family gatherings, with the largest private pool in the area and the beaches and restaurants of Moraira just a walk away.
Coll de Mar
Set right on the Mediterranean in Calpe, Villa Coll de Mar skips the private pool because the sea is only steps from the door. Sea views from every bedroom, uninterrupted views of the Peñón de Ifach, and Calpe's centre just a short walk away.
Papavents
Set on a small cliff above Cala Baladrar in Benissa, Villa Papavents combines direct beach access with a private pool and traditional Mediterranean interiors, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests across five bedrooms.
Sunny Hill
Perched on a gentle hill above Moraira, Villa Sunny Hill keeps its original Mediterranean character, wooden beams, terracotta floors and hand-finished walls, alongside sweeping sea views and a rare 1,500 m² pine grove where children can run wild.

SunnyCoastVillas is part of ByBenjamin Villa Selection. Our connection with the Costa Blanca began with our own family villas in Moraira. By building, renovating and renting out these homes ourselves, we gained first-hand experience of what guests value in a holiday villa, from its location and layout to the practical details that make a stay comfortable.
Over the years, we have come to know the region, local villa owners and the people behind the properties personally. We have also built strong relationships with local partners whose work we know and trust. This experience still shapes how we work today. We do not aim to offer as many properties as possible. Instead, we select villas and holiday homes for their location, comfort and the overall experience they offer.
SunnyCoastVillas is our broader and more accessible holiday collection. LuxeVillasMoraira brings together our most exclusive rentals and also helps clients buy an existing villa or build a new home on the Costa Blanca.

How do I check availability? +
Each property page has its own availability calendar, which is automatically updated every 30 minutes. If your preferred dates look unclear, you can contact us and Martijn will check the availability for you.
Can I contact you directly on WhatsApp? +
Yes. You can reach Martijn on WhatsApp for quick questions or personal advice — often the easiest way to plan your stay.
Are the prices the same as on other platforms? +
Yes. We use the same base prices and do not add extra booking fees or markups. In some cases, booking directly with us can even be more favourable than booking through larger platforms that add their own service fees.
Are the pools private or shared? +
All of our villas have a private pool, except for Coll de Mar. This property is located directly on the beach, so the sea is your pool. We also offer a small number of apartments, which have access to a shared pool. Pool type is clearly shown on every property page.
Do you know the villas personally? +
Yes. We own villas in this region ourselves, and every villa on SunnyCoastVillas is personally known to us or comes through friends, acquaintances or trusted local partners. The villas are all located in an area we know very well, because our own family homes are here too.
Are bed linen and towels included? +
In almost all of our villas, bed linen and towels are provided. We will confirm the exact details for your chosen villa when you enquire.
How do arrival and departure work? +
Departure is before 10:00. Arrival is in the afternoon from 16:00. This gives our professional cleaning team enough time to prepare the villa properly for the next guests.
Can I get advice on which villa suits us best? +
