Villa Al Vent sits right on the Calpe seafront, a modern villa built in 2023 with an infinity pool that runs straight into the horizon.
Floor-to-ceiling windows keep the Mediterranean light coming in from almost every angle, and the open living space, kitchen and lounge lead straight onto the terrace, with the Peñón de Ifach visible from there too.
The interior is calm and understated, soft tones and clean finishes that don't compete with the view outside. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms make it a comfortable size for a family or a couple of families sharing.
The terrace is compact but very well positioned, one of the better viewpoints on this stretch of coast. The infinity pool is the highlight, whether that's an early swim with the sea seemingly continuing past the pool's edge, or an evening watching the light change over the water towards the Peñón de Ifach.
The overall feel is quiet confidence rather than showiness, a well-built modern villa that lets the sea and the Peñón de Ifach do the talking.
