Villa Frigola is a striking, contemporary villa right on the Calpe seafront, built in 2025 with clean architectural lines and floor-to-ceiling windows that keep the Mediterranean in view from almost every room.

Inside, an open-plan living space flows from the lounge to the dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Large sliding glass doors open onto the terrace, so the line between indoors and outdoors barely exists. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a separate guest toilet give a full house plenty of room to spread out.

The materials throughout are simple and considered, soft tones and clean surfaces that let the view do most of the work. From nearly every corner of the villa, the sea is somewhere in sight.
