Welcome to Villa La Sort

Villa La Sort sits on a 2,000 m² rustic plot in Moraira, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, with hardly any neighbours in sight despite the beach being just 600 metres away. It's a genuinely large villa, six bedrooms, most with their own bathroom, built for bigger families or several families travelling together.

The build quality shows in the details, wide rooms, a properly large kitchen and generous living spaces throughout. Wide sliding doors off the kitchen open straight onto the garden, where the outdoor dining areas, barbecue and pool are all within a few steps of each other.

The house is arranged over two floors. Upstairs, on the main level, are the kitchen, two dining rooms and three of the six bedrooms along one corridor, one with an en suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, one with a bathroom just outside the room, and one with its own en suite and wardrobe.

Downstairs, in a quieter part of the house, are the remaining three bedrooms, along with the main entrance and garage. Two of these bedrooms can be joined through a connecting door to form one large family room, and the third has a double and a single bed with its own en suite, useful for a family with a child. All six bedrooms, plus the dining room and kitchen, have air conditioning.
