Villa Maroa sits directly above the Mediterranean on Benissa's coast, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. From here, the sea is visible in almost every direction, towards the Peñón de Ifach and the Calpe coastline.
Inside, large glass sliding doors open the living spaces onto the terraces and the sea beyond, so natural light and the view carry through most of the house. Living room, kitchen and outdoor areas blend into each other rather than staying separate.
A private path leads straight down from the property to Cala Baladrar, one of the more beautiful coves on this coastline. Within a few minutes you can be swimming in clear water.
The pool looks out over the sea and the Calpe coastline, surrounded by terraces and greenery, a genuinely calm spot to spend the day.
Several terraces wrap around the villa, each with a slightly different angle on the coast, good for a morning coffee, a long lunch, or watching the sunset over the water.

Villa Maroa is on Benissa Costa, one of the more beautiful and sought-after stretches of the Costa Blanca coastline. It sits directly above Cala Baladrar, a picturesque cove known for its clear water and good sunsets. Moraira is a short drive away, with its restaurants, marina and relaxed pace, and Calpe is close by too, with its lively promenade and views of the Peñón de Ifach.

The location. It's right at the water's edge.
I liked everything — the house very comfortable and well equipped, the pool wonderful. The only issue was the TV, which didn't work in one of the living rooms, and the intercom — minor details that could easily be fixed.
We loved the architecture and the interior and exterior design — for us the house was superbly thought out. This house is really pleasant to live in, as the interior spaces are large and the different levels numerous.
Location, house, accommodation.
Liked the design of the house, spacious and bright and clean, close to the sea with good parking, easy access to the stony beach and the coastal path. Great outdoor seating areas. Plenty of good bars and restaurants close by.
