From several terraces, the view runs along the coastline towards the Peñón de Ifach near Calpe. Palm trees, terraces and gardens give the whole property a relaxed, holiday feel from the moment you arrive.
Inside, the six bedrooms and open living spaces are built for a full house, whether that's a big family or a few families travelling together.
The location is genuinely unusual. Very few villas on the Costa Blanca sit this close to the sea, and the coastline and small coves are only moments away on foot.

Villa La Andana is on Benissa Costa, close to the well-known coves of Cala Baladrar and Cala Advocat, and a short drive from Moraira. This stretch of coastline is known for its clear water, dramatic cliffs and hidden coves. You can spend your days swimming nearby, eating at seaside restaurants, or exploring Moraira and the livelier town of Calpe. With the sea this close and Moraira not far away, it's a genuinely good base for exploring the Costa Blanca.

The setting, right on the cove, and the house are both fantastic.
Lots of space. Spacious bedrooms. Every kind of equipment. Very good padel and pool facilities, beach access, and close to a supermarket.
We had a wonderful stay and wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home. The location is excellent — peaceful and convenient, with easy access to local attractions, shops and restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean.
What a great house. There were 12 of us, and it worked out fantastically in this house with 6 bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, a good kitchen with more than enough equipment, and different corners and spots on the grounds to sit.
The rooms were very clean; requests such as more sun loungers, small repairs or a broken coffee machine were dealt with promptly.
