Villa Salamandra is a spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom villa that comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, a good fit for families or groups who want both shared space and a bit of privacy.

Three bedrooms sit within the main house, while the fourth has its own entrance on the ground floor, useful for older children, grandparents or anyone who'd like a little independence.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, and it connects straight into the main living area, so everyone tends to end up in the same room.

Air conditioning throughout keeps things comfortable during the warm Costa Blanca summers, and the interior feels simple and bright rather than fussy.

Outside is where the villa really delivers. The plot is a fully fenced 950 m², giving children room to play and everyone else room to relax without feeling crowded.
